March 2004 - Produced for the French Civil Aviation Authority, this report identifies user's requirements for the renewal of French overseas ATM systems, considers the use of ADS and CPDLC for trans-oceanic traffic and the use of ADS-B for inter-island domestic traffic . It evaluates different ATM systems and gives some recommendations.
